Greetings,
Thank you for replying back to us, I hope this email finds you well!
I would also want to inform you that from our side, there are absolutely no fees applied from bank transfers. The only fee associated with bank transfers is the 0.7% fee which is the only fee applied after the deposited amount has reached over £2,000.
However, please do contact the bank with whom you are associated and ask them for further information on if there are any taxes or fees applied for processing funds.
Please do not hesitate to reach us should any further questions arise.
Kind regards,

In your statement "we do not apply any fees on incoming bank wire transfers" means "we" T212, but what about beneficiary Barclays bank which receives and processes funds in favour of your collecting CZK account?
Are you 100% sure, that there are no handling fees on Barclays side, right?
Thanks
Tom

Greetings Tomas,
Thank you for your email.
I am happy to inform you that we do not apply any fees on incoming bank wire transfers. That said, keep in mind that funding your account via Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Skrill, will remain fee-free until you have deposited £2,000 in total. Once the £2,000 limit is reached, a fee of 0,7% will apply thereafter.
It was a pleasure contacting you! If you have any questions or need further assistance, check out our Help Centre or reach our team 24/7.
Best wishes,
